The page says to work in good light, turn the air conditioning off, and turn on Screen Clean Mode under Settings, Display.

Steps
Step 1
Clean the front screen
Wipe the whole screen with the wet wipe, then the dry cloth, then wave the dust removers over it.
Step 2
Lay the front protector
Align it to the screen edges, peel the backing, lower it on, press bubbles from the center outward, and peel the top film off.
Step 3
Repeat on the rear screen
Clean the rear screen the same way and apply that protector with the same alignment, backing, bubble, and film steps.
Step 4
Check the touch
Look for bubbles and dust. Peel a bad spot back and lay it again. Touch the screen. If you get phantom touches, the page says to hold the scroll wheels and the steering wheel until the Tesla logo appears.
